Technology moves fast, and can be hard to keep up with. As a by-product, T-Mobile found it was challenging for many of their employees to fully comprehend Google’s smart home products, and communicate with customers. So we sent Learning Kits to stores across the nation. Included was a tall, interactive poster to stand out from internal communications throughout the break-room. We also provided a quick reference guide lanyard featuring all the go-to talking points, turning employees into experts.
